A consistent norm is to hear the lamentation of so many graduates who have spent minimum of 4 years in the four walls of the formal education system and cannot apply what they have learnt in school to execute any job. This is because the training system in question here, is not solution and problem solving centered.

You can actually re-write your own story by making up your mind to acquire a specific skill that can solve a defined problem for people or organizations and you will clearly see that you are the cause of delay for seeing no pay !
